2008 February MERCI Update News

Dear friends,

We are pleased to report that we have now 95% of the total goal for Sun's surgery and expenses. This is 100% of what is needed for the surgery, plus 50% of what is needed for rent of an apartment for him during the post surgery rehabilitation period. (still need just $500)

Our special appeal this month is for the expenses of our upcoming medical Outreaches in Thailand, February 25-March 7th, September 8th-19th and November 3-14th, 2008. Each of these projects will cost us approximately $1,000. ($500 for airfare and another $500 for transport, accommodation, meals and communications, etc.)
